Happy New Year !
Some may have remembered my first thread re: My TT540 Yam and whether to modify it or not .
Well , as the jury was out and un-decided , I grabbed all the parts from the stores and spent some time getting to this stage [see pic] , there's lots more to do yet , like sort the tiny tank , fresh seat , rear shock mounts etc etc .... then the bike will get mocked-up , tested at one event then stripped down for fresh paint and be sold.
Will post some more pics as the project progresses ,
