Are there any Features that make the bike stand out as differant or unique. The chances are it will be sold on somewhere. One of us might spot it.A contact number might also be of use if we see it about..This is sickening..

Hi all. I still havent come down yet, im so furious that the lowlife has broken into my workshop and stolen not only my 1981 490 Maico, but also a 50cc Husky boy i have just totally finished restoring for my 7 year old son who would of had it for his birthday on Thursday. Firstly my phone number is 07968 395247 and email guyburton888@btinternet.com the bike has billet brake hubs, new ohlins on the rear, drilled air box, a clout in the side casing under the gear lever, new plastics, a newly turned up inlet manifold, my post code in a place on the bike you'd have to know where to look, newly stainless spoked wheels with new gold rims, the exhaust i'd polished up with an alloy end can all polished up, the ingition coil is fitted the wrong was round so the HT lead is coming out facing forward and not backwards, the airvalves in the fork top caps ive modifies, the front brake stay is home made the frame has a CA number welded onto the spine, the chain guige and roller is all home fabricated to a high stand as is all the bike, the kick start is missing so be curious if someone wants to buy one,the number is 3512149 the frame number i couldnt read when i bought the bike is it had been painted over and scrathed so it was left painted over but the plate is one the bike. the rear wheel hasnt been made dead central so looking from the back the tyre is slightly to close to the chain side that what it should be. all in all the bike is a real gem and i realy hope the scum who has stolen it falls off it and ripps his balls off! and as for the huskyboy my 7 year old son can just about lift up the 12 bore!!! Cheers!

copy of detailed information (as above) already on mxtrax website - posted by Haggis Hartman. I've sent info. to all my biking contacts & also passed on information to riders @ today's Wilts & Dorset trial, just in case they hear of anything. I hope you get your bikes back soon Guy.
