That vapour blasting certainly makes the parts look good.

Hi Whizzy , yes its a process I came across years ago and always promissed myself the kit for working on my own bikes , its now spun-off to become its own business, complimented by the ultrasonic cleaning. Great think about it , that so long as you keep it protected with something like WD, AFC, Duck-oil it will stay looking great !
Laters Greg !

What's the difference between vapour blasting and ultra sonic cleaning, which would you use on what parts?

Hi Whiz, Ultrasonic cleaning is what I use first on everything to get rid of most of the crud/oil deposits before moving the parts over to the vapourblaster , U/Sonic is a water/solution bath with high frequency sound passing through it to caurse microscopic bubbles which clean the part . Is idea for cleaning carbs , engine parts etc ... but as stated I try to use it on all . V'blasting is a wet fine silicon bead blaster used to remove corrosion from non-ferrous parts . The water cushions the speed the silicon hits the part , its a very passive process and can be used on engine parts without damage . Cheers Greg check out my website www.vapourblasting.com
