Watching TV the other Saturday evening i was struck by the thought that could solve the who to have as Clerk of the Course problem. The man in mind is none other than the referee from the Cardiff speedway GP. Very consistent in his approach and reliable. Another bonus he’s Polish so he will be living over here and working in the building industry!

If anyone knows how to contact him...............
